π Returns
Due to the nature of our products (food items), returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a defective item
- You received a wrong product
π Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods (including honey, spices, powders, etc.)
- Products without original packaging
- Sale items / discounted products
- Gift cards

If your return is approved, we will offer:

- Refunds are processed only after verification
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method

If you havenβt received your refund within 10 days, please contact us.

- If the issue is from our side (damage/wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost
- Customers must not send products without approval

- Natural products like honey may crystallize over time β this is normal and not considered a defect
- Slight variations in color, texture, or taste are natural and not eligible for return
